In cold emailing, deliverability is more important than the offer itself. First, ensure your emails land in the inbox only then does your offer matter.

Here are a few quick deliverability fixes you can apply:


1) Disable open tracking and use a custom tracking domain alone just to measure link clicks. 


2) If you plan to include links, it's safer to host them on your own website rather than using third-party tools.


3) The best would be to avoid adding links in the body of the email.


If you are not adding links, you need think out of the box on how to deliver value to your leads without relying in the usual call-to-actions like "reply if interested".


One such example you could do is include your website as (plaintext, no hyperlink) in your cold email.


The main issue that you might be facing: 


Without tracking open rates or link clicks, it becomes hard for you to measure how the campaign is doing. Of course, replies are the ultimate metric you have to measure however, the problem comes when there are no replies at all in a campaign. This would that be hard for you to find out whether the issue is on the subject line or email contents?


You can keep this as your new metric measurement:


1) Internal deliverability tests to see if the contents get flagged as spam.


2) Run micro batch testing to test in small batches of 100 leads with different variants with no open rates/link clicks to see which one invokes the most replies.


3) Run a secondary campaign at the same time to include all variants with open tracking/link clicks to identify high-performing subject lines and email copies.


4) Once the testing phase is completed, scale the campaign with both open tracking and link clicks turned off.
